The teacher and the headmaster 

He has known the education from almost all its perspectives. After graduating from Polish philology at University of Wrocław he worked as a teacher (in urban and rural school), was a headmaster, a school inspector in superintendent office, visitor and a consultant in methodical center.

The self-government worker, experienced in work for the national administration 

He presided a local parliament and acted in the National Assembly of Local Authorities. In 1999-2002 he was a director of the Law and Supervision Department in Lower Silesia Provincial Office.

The admitted expert in scope of the educational law and finances 

The expert of European Web of Specialists of European Expert Network on Economics of Education - EENEE. From 1991 to 1999 he worked as the expert of a parliamentary Committee of Education and Youth and from 1998 to 2001 was a member of Monitoring of the Educational Reform Team. He compiled numerous expertises for the Institute of Research in Market Economy. From 1994 to 1996 he worked as the Polish expert in PHARE-TERM Program (Training for Education Reform Management), where he compiled a program and a handbook for instructing educators of the program, and participated in the training of first 160 applicants. He was the key expert and the trainer in programs financed from EU sources: Restructurization of Human Resources (2004, 2005) and Rural Areas Elicitation Program (2003).

The academic teacher

Before he became the prorector of State Higher Professional School in Głogów, he was given a doctor degree in economy (topic of dissertation: The principles of financing the educational tasks against the background of legal and political changes 1989-1996 in Poland, Academy of Economics in Wrocław). Since the 90's he has been a lecturer of public, school and local finances at many Polish colleges. Lately, connected as a lecturer with the faculty of Management and Communication at Jagiellonian University, Wrocław School of Banking, Głogów State Higher Professional School, Educational Managers' Development College in Gniezno, and others.

The redactor and the author

Since the beginning of publishing Headmaster monthly magazine, dr Jeżowski has been a member of its editorial office. In 1995-2003 he was its chief editor and the author of over 100 introductory columns published in each issue of the magazine. He published over 100 articles about school management and financing in various Polish magazines and periodicals.

He says that he rests the most when hiking in Karkonosze mountains, but lately he hasn't got any free time to enjoy such pleasant activities: unfortunately, he spends most of his time at the wheel, driving about 60 000 kilometers a year.
